Staffwallah is a smart local job search and hiring platform that connects job seekers and employers quickly. Businesses find the right staff nearby, and candidates discover nearby full-time, part-time and daily-wage jobs with ease.
Shops, restaurants, hotels and small businesses in tier-2 cities struggle to hire reliable staff quickly, while job seekers rely on word of mouth and notice boards. Big job portals are built for white-collar roles and are too complex for local, everyday hiring.
Staffwallah lets employers post a job in under two minutes and see verified candidates within a few kilometres. Candidates create a simple profile in Hindi or English, get matched to nearby openings and can call or chat with the employer directly. Daily and part-time gigs are supported alongside full-time roles.
Launched in Udaipur and onboarding local employers and job seekers.
Free for job seekers. Employers pay per job post or a monthly hiring plan, with premium placement for urgent roles.
