Good to know
- Listing validity is how long your startup stays on the public website. When a plan ends, your listing pauses — your profile, conversations and credits are kept.
- Any active plan — the free one too — lets you send connection requests, accept requests and chat with startups and investors. Credits pay for the requests you send.
- Investors don't need a plan: they buy credit packs from their wallet to send connection requests.
- Buying a new plan while one is active adds your unused days to the new one, and its credits go straight to your wallet.
- Pay online with UPI, cards or netbanking, or by direct UPI transfer. Every payment comes with a tax invoice. See the refund policy.
