These credits terms form part of the terms of service of Idea to Start (ideatostart.in), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business networking platform owned and operated by Bada Promotion Private Limited (CIN: U72900RJ2019PTC067275), Udaipur, Rajasthan.
1. What credits are
Credits are prepaid platform service units — a usage feature of the Idea to Start software. They can be used only on Idea to Start, for the services shown in the app, such as sending a connection request to another member.
Credits are not money. They are not a deposit, a wallet balance in rupees, e-money, a security or a prepaid payment instrument under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and they can't be used to pay for anything outside the Idea to Start software.
2. How you get credits
- Paid plans add the credits stated on the plan when the plan starts.
- You can buy credit packs from your wallet, online or by UPI transfer. Every purchase comes with an invoice, and prices include applicable taxes.
- The Idea to Start team may add credits as goodwill or to correct an error.
3. Using credits
The number of credits a service uses is shown before you use it. Credits are taken when you send a connection request.
4. Automatic returns
Credits used for a connection request come back to your wallet automatically when you withdraw the request while it is waiting, and — where shown in the app — when the other member declines it or it gets no reply within the stated number of days.
5. What you can't do with credits
- Credits have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, refunded to a bank account, transferred to another member, sold or exchanged for money, goods or services outside the Platform.
- Credit purchases are non-refundable, except for the automatic returns above, a payment charged twice, or credits not added after a successful payment (see the refund and cancellation policy).
6. Changes and closure
We may change how many credits a service uses; the cost shown at the time you use a service applies. Credits stay in your wallet while your account is active. If you delete your account, or it is closed for breaking our terms, unused credits lapse.
